The Newer You LLC (“The Newer You”) operates several Websites including TheNewerYou.com and TheNewerMind.com, and provides a number of Products and Services, with Accompanying Materials, including Membership. HIPAA Notice
The Newer You Website does not require you to disclose any healthcare information to register an Account or to sign up for one of our email lists. Any disclosure of healthcare information in the process of registering an Account or signing up for one of our email lists is solely at your discretion.
