Tomorrow is Halloween, which for many is a time of serious temptation. But just around the corner are Thanksgiving, Christmas, and a host of other holiday celebrations which bring with them their own tasty treats laden with sugar.  It can be so easy to fall off the Low Carb High Fat wagon and regret it.

But you won’t if you have the right tools on hand to fight it. Like some of these sugar-free, grain-free, Low Carb High Fat desserts we found across the web.

1 – Raspberry Cheesecake Squares

While called cheesecake squares due to the cream cheese as a main ingredient, this is more of a gelatin dessert. But it is delicious either way, and incredibly easy to make.

2 – Keto Tiramisu

Tiramisu is one of those desserts that are so good you dream about it. Not too sweet, the perfect bite of bitterness from the coffee, creamy…it is next to perfect. Now this version lets you enjoy it, guilt free.

3 – Low Carb Mug Cakes

You can find a lot of Low Carb mug cakes out there. Unfortunately, a lot of them don’t work. Sure, they cook in a couple of minutes. But they end up hard as a brick, or too dry to eat, or just gross. These are some of the few mug cakes we have found that work every time.

4 – Chocolate Cherry Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seed puddings are always amazing. This one goes a step further and adds chocolate and cherry to the mix for an absolutely perfect flavor combination. Best of all, it calls for real cherries. None of that fake flavoring here!

5 – LCHF Valentines Day Chocolates

These may be for Valentines Day, but you could make them for any occasion: Halloween, Christmas, Birthdays, or just to have on hand for cravings! They use real strawberries for the creamy filling, so there is a much lighter, cleaner flavor than those cloying box chocolates.

6 – Best Damn LCHF Baked Cheesecake Ever

We didn’t give this cheesecake its name, but we are inclined to agree. If you miss the unique flavor of a baked cheesecake, this is absolutely wonderful. The crust tends to have more of a cake-like consistency than a crust, and you could probably use an extended recipe of just the base for a white cake alternative.

7 – Bacon Chocolate Mocha Ice Cream Cake

People like bacon. People like mocha. People like ice cream. People like cakes. Why not throw them all together into one epic dessert? This blogger did, and the result is incredible and insane. Fair warning: this is not a simple recipe to make.

8 – Paleo Coconut Flour Brownies

This is one of the better brownie recipes we have found, because they are so easy to make. They also use coconut flour, which is one of the less expensive wheat flour alternatives. The only downside is they are a bit dry. They are also Paleo, not LCHF. To adjust, make them with Stevia or Swerve. You can add a sugar free syrup for a bit more oomph. Then serve with low carb ice cream ala mode, or with some coconut cream.

9 – Low Carb Peanut Brittle

Peanut brittle is one of those desserts you either love or hate. But if you fall into the category of love, you should definitely check this one out. Want to make it even more LCHF friendly? Switch out the peanuts for almonds or walnuts. You could even toss some seeds in there, if you like!

10 – Low Carb Grain Free Macaroons

Given how common coconut products are in Low Carb High Fat recipes, it was only a matter of time before someone turned their cooking talents to adapted macaroons. This is an easy recipe that comes out very well, with some of the best macaroons we have ever tasted.
