The Newer You LLC (“The Newer You”) operates several Websites including TheNewerYou.com and TheNewerMind.com, and provides a number of Products and Services, with Accompanying Materials, including Membership. It is The Newer You’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our Website and providing our Products and Services.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, The Newer You collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. The Newer You’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use our Website. From time to time, The Newer You may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, for example by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Website or Products and Services.

HIPAA Notice

The Newer You Website does not require you to disclose any healthcare information to register an Account or to sign up for one of our email lists. Any disclosure of healthcare information in the process of registering an Account or signing up for one of our email lists is solely at your discretion.

We recommend against disclosing healthcare information in any public facing forum or media, be it on our Website, through the use of our Products and Services including Membership meetings, and in any reviews of Accompanying Materials with others, for example a presentation to a group by The Newer You.

During the course of using our Products and Services you may provide healthcare information to The Newer You to help us better serve you. The Newer You maintains HIPAA compliant communications through the Microsoft Office365 platform. We require that any healthcare information be provided to us via email on this platform. Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. The Newer You uses cookies to help The Newer You identify and track visitors, their usage of The Newer You Website, Products and Services, and Accompanying Materials, and their website access preferences.
