The Newer You LLC (“The Newer You”) operates several Websites including and, and provides a number of Products and Services, with Accompanying Materials, including Membership. It is The Newer You’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our Website and providing our Products and Services.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, The Newer You collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. HIPAA Notice

The Newer You Website does not require you to disclose any healthcare information to register an Account or to sign up for one of our email lists. Any disclosure of healthcare information in the process of registering an Account or signing up for one of our email lists is solely at your discretion.

We recommend against disclosing healthcare information in any public facing forum or media, be it on our Website, through the use of our Products and Services including Membership meetings, and in any reviews of Accompanying Materials with others, for example a presentation to a group by The Newer You.

During the course of using our Products and Services you may provide healthcare information to The Newer You to help us better serve you. The Newer You maintains HIPAA compliant communications through the Microsoft Office365 platform. We require that any healthcare information be provided to us via email on this platform.
